Two More Firms Receive QDII Status

Two firms received approval from the securities regulator to invest abroad under the Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor program. China International Fund Management Co., which is 49%-held by JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd., said it plans to launch a QDII product that will invest in the Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, India and Singapore markets.
