Itīs common knowledge that these days China is one of the supply chain managersīconcerns from different standpoints: security, language, IP (Intellectual Property), and so on. Therefore I was looking for some material which presents, in a short and concise way, some solutions for common supply chain problems related to China. Finally I found a video that looks at common pitfalls and best practices used in building a secure China supply chain.
