OECD Review Calls for Greener Efforts
China needs to step up efforts to reverse environmental degradation and cut energy consumption, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said. The OECD, in its Environmental Performance Review of China, said efforts by Beijing so far to preserve the environment and reduce energy use are laudable.
