No Timetable Yet for Levying Capital Gains Tax

Beijing doesn?t have a timetable yet for levying a capital gains tax, State Administration of Taxation spokesman Li Linjun said. While a capital gains tax could help cool the country?s stock markets, Mr. Li?s comments are in line with previous official comments suggesting a longer timeframe for introducing the tax and had little effect on trading.
