Bellwether gets new six sigma contract from U.S. Army

Bellwether Services, a rapidly growing Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Consultancy Firm, announced early this week that it has been awarded a subcontract by The Ginn Group to support the US Army Material Command, US Army Sustainment Command, as well as Army Forces Command and Installation Management Command.

PR Web reported that Bellwether will support a number of task areas including Logistics Transformation, Quality Assurance, Supply Analysis and Enterprise Logistics Support. According to Frank Glang, FIRST Program Manager for The Ginn Group, Inc., “Bellwether Services' unique capability in Value Stream Mapping and Advanced Sustainment Predicative Modeling provides our team the competitive advantage unmatched by our peers in the Army Logistics Market.”

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to apply the lean six sigma methodology in such a challenging and dynamic military logistics environment,” says John Wilkerson, Executive Director, Bellwether Services. He continues, “We look forward and are eager to continue to deliver quality solutions to our Nation's Warefighter.”
